マヨルカは、スペインやヨーロッパで最も人気のある観光地の一つです。夏の間に何十万人もの観光客がスペイン各地や遠くからマヨルカ空港に入ってきます。タクシーを利用したり車を借りたりすることを望まない人もいますが、パルマや近くのリゾートへの移動には、信頼性のある頻繁なバスサービスが2つあります。
Mallorca Airportはパルマの東に位置し、バスで約15分かかります（停車回数によって異なります）。ライン1とルート21のサービスは、パルマ・デ・マヨルカ市が所有するEMTによって運営されています。バスは非常に費用対効果の高いオプションであり、市は価格を低く保つことで、地元の人々や観光客にとって魅力的なバス旅行になるよう努めています。空港のバス停は、チェックインエリアと到着エリアの地上階にある駐車場エリアの反対側にあります。
ライン1とルート21は通年で運行されており、夏の最も混雑する時期には追加のサービスが提供されます。ライン1の最初のバスは午前6時に空港を出発し、冬季には午前1時10分に空港を出発し、夏季には午前1時50分に出発します。11月1日から4月30日までのほとんどの期間、バスは15分ごとに運行されます。夏の混雑する時期には、バスサービスは12分ごとに運行されます。
パルマでは、ライン1のバスは冬季には午前5時30分から午前1時まで、夏季には午前5時30分から午前2時10分まで、ドック・オブ・ザ・ウエストから出発します。
ライン1のサービスでは、ジョアン・マラガル（GESA）、グラン・マガツェムス、プラサ・デスパーニャ、アレマーニャ、アヴェニダ・アルゼンチナ、アディトリウム、パセイグ・マリティム、ポルト・デ・パルマ、ムセウ・サント・カルレス、ディック・デ・ロエストなどの停留所があります。
ルート21のバスはパルマのアレナルから出発し、冬季には午前7時から午後9時30分まで、夏季には午前7時から午前1時まで運行されます。
マヨルカ空港からルート21のバスは、通年で約30分ごとに運行されます。最初のバスは午前7時に空港を出発し、冬季には午後10時10分に最後のバスが運行され、夏季には午前0時30分に最後のバスが運行されます。マヨルカ空港のバスは、できるだけ多くの人々に快適で安価な代替手段となるように設計されています。ルート21のサービスは、多くの人気ホテルへ観光客を案内します。
マヨルカ空港からのルート21のバスは、カミ・デ・カン・パスティーリャ・ホテル・リンダ、マヌエル・デ・ロス・エレロス・イ・ソラ（ホテル・ハバ）、マルベージャ・ホテル・アカプルコ、マール・ティレナ（ホテル・ガロンダ）、トラシメ24（ホテル・プラヤ・アレナル）などの停留所で停車します。
マヨルカ空港のバスの大人の乗車券は、片道で約5.00ユーロ支払う必要がありますが、居住者と非居住者向けのカードがあり、これらのプリペイドカードではバスで現金が不要になるため、運賃は最大50%割引になります。割引額は、個々のカードホルダーのステータスに大きく依存します。学生、年金受給者、子供は、フルタイムの雇用者よりも大幅な割引を受けることができます。
旅行カードは、前もってバス駅で購入することができますが、単一の乗車についてはバスの運転手に直接支払うこともできます。空港には鉄道駅がないため、マヨルカ空港からのバスがパルマや多くのホテルへの安価な公共交通手段となります。これらのバスは、オレンジ色が主で、バスの前部に入口、側面の中央に出口があります。
パルマ自体には、ダブルデッカーバスやオープントップバスがあり、乗客は市内の20以上の観光名所で乗り降りすることができます。初日にパルマを知る良い方法であり、市内の歴史的な石畳の通りで迷子になることを防ぎます。

EMT Route 1 Departs Mallorca Airport Arrivals, stops include: Felicià Fuster (Palau de Congressos), Plaça d'Espanya (this is the nearest stop to the Train to Sóller station), Paseo Mallorca, Auditòrium, Paseo Maritimo, Palma Port. To be where to get off, buses are fitted with a visual monitor displaying the next stop.
